Shari's

Whenever we are in Spokane we eat here which is every other month, but the waitresses remember us and know what we like. The food is always well prepared and the service is great.

Visiting from out of town, Shari's was just about the only restaurant open on Christmas Day. It was crowded and we were told there would be a 30 minute wait and then another 30 minutes to get served because the kitchen was backed up. Good expectation setting. The first part was true but our server Jacki was more than attentive. Once seated, our service was no different than I would expect on a regular visit. Jacki even kept my tea refilled several times. Most importantly, everyone, especially Jacki, had the most positive attitude amidst a chaotic situation. Many customers were complaining because they couldn't understand having to wait but the staff took it all in stride and were true professionals. Kudos to the whole team and especially Jacki!!!

The pies are off the hook

We enjoy Sharis very much: good food & friendly, consistent staff!

Wow! Even on a busy Wednesday evening we were greeted immediately and seated quite rapidly. The service was great, tasty pies (yay!!), and Emily (I think the manager) came over and asked how our day and meal was. A great treat, with great service!

Jacki is amazing. She made our whole dining experience. We had the best time. She was incredible. She is a keeper. We will be back and will request her for sure. THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH JACKI!!

I always receive very prompt service in seating, order taking, and food service. I very much enjoy the taste and preparation of the food, it has a very appealing look. Every question is answered promptly and knowledgeable. Obviously that is why I continually go to Shari's on the North Side for my out of home meals.

The food was much better than expected, extremely tasty. Our server was so kind and friendly, excellent service. We are so happy that we went to your establishment for our Thanksgiving Dinner. It was the best-tasting meal we have ever had on Thanksgiving.

I like the waitresses, Lisa, Michelle and Vanessa, they know me and talk and joke with me whenever I go there. the food is good and fairly priced but put corn beef hash and eggs back on the menu.

Waitress was great and extremely friendly, and food was OFF THE CHAAIIINNNNN M8
