Staff was friendly everything was good food was warm and didn't take forever to get to the table.

The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The waiter (Drake) was perfect! My husband had never been to Shari's. He fell in love with it, and I already was very pleased.

We like the atmosphere, the attention and courtesy of the wait staff, and the quality of the food. The only problem we encountered with the food was the gravy on one entrée. It didn't seem to reflect the overall quality of the rest of our meals.

A friend and I went in for dinner after a meeting. We both ordered the Lifestyle Turkeyburger. When our sandwiches were brought to us, they were the new special and not the ones we ordered. As we are both watching our weight, we liked the fact that the Lifestyle burger is on a sandwich thin and is much more healthy without the bacon and cheese. This has happened to us once before and I hope it doesn't happen again.
