Very friendly staff, visited at night so freshness was as expected. Been coming to this location for almost 10 years and i still love it

I only come in when Joann is working. She knows my order without me having to tell her. She's very efficient and always has a smile on her face . I will continue to come in on her days she's there to get the great service she always gives me .

we have had excellent service and great food over the years when we come up to Spokane and visit Shari's. We miss the location on Monroe Street but that's progress I guess. We wish you would put a Shari's in Henderson Nevada. It is a great place and Shari's would do good there.

The atmosphere is awesome

Our server Vanessa was both friendly & efficient. She remembered the special drink my son orders. She also heard (from the service area) that our catsup bottle was spluttering and nearly empty and came with a fresh one in under a minute!

Food was good and received in a timely manner. Server Jon provided excellent service. He is friendly, efficient, knows the menu. He is very professional and knows his business, and had no trouble handling his customers as well as others. Good Job!!
