Shari's

I go into Shari's every Monday for breakfast, and I know our waitress, Lisa; the dishwasher, Mike; and the cook, Kevin; they are all incredible people. Each morning they great me with smiles and thank me every time I leave.

The server and service were GREAT! Food was just as she said it would be, DELICIOUS! Perfect serving sizes and amounts for us. Our server, Molly, had a great knowledge of the menu, anticipated our desires, went well beyond most servers in discerning our needs and making sure the were met.

The salad we ordered was very good. The steak on the salad was lean and cooked just right..

I had had a medical procedure and required preparation of special food,our waitress, JoAnne, was very considerate and helpful in seeing that the menu item I choose was prepared properly and served so that I could consume my meal, we would like to thank JoAnne for her considerations.She was very attentive to make sure that everything was ok, not only for me but also for the rest of my family that was with me. Joann is an absolute sweetheart! It is a pleasure to walkIin and see her friendlysmiling face! Food is always good, hot or cold as it should be, and rapidly delivered! We return to this Sharies because of the people and quality!

It's a great place, what can I say?

Our server Monic was a very nice person. When a handicapped guy came in,she sat down at his table and took the time to explain what he could buy on the menu, when I complimented her on her kindness, she just smiled ! Exceptional!

Service people were very attentive to make sure we understood the menu and what the options for our order were. Our order was delivered in a very timely manner and follow up attentiveness was exceptionally timely. The desert menu was explained to us in great detail resulting in our thoroughly enjoying two different delicious pies.

I was very impressed with michelle west as my waitress, she made me feel welcomed and your company should feel fortunate to have her on board.
