Shari's

I go in there often enough to pretty much know the menu. I enjoy eating there where I meet friends about once a month for lunch. We continue this only because we enjoy the friendliness of the employees, menu options and location.

The server connected with us right away and was helpful and pleasant throughout our meal. The timing of the main course was a little slow.

When we walked in it smelled fresh and inviting with pleasant food smells, light upbeat music and guests happily enjoying their dinning expereances.

I ordered chicken penne alfredo and asked to hold the mushrooms. My waitress, Tamara, wrote down the order and included a note to hold the mushrooms. When the order arrived, there was loads of mushrooms in the dish. I immediately asked the waitress to send the food back which she apologized and immediately fixed the problem. Chef Diane prepared the meal and had it to my table fresh and hot. The resolution of this problem by the staff at Sharis went above and beyond normal customer service with the staff doing a tremendous job.

Our server, Joann B. made our experience a delight. She was cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Our server was very efficient and kept our beverages full. We enjoy the items that Shari's offers that we don't usually find elsewhere: quiche, stuffed hash browns and great jelly! I appreciate that the Shari's menus show calorie counts. We ordered a kid's side of fruit -- it was larger than the regular side that some other restaurants offer, at a lower price and included honeydew melon which is not offered at other chains. This store was pretty busy but running smoothly.

Friendly staff always makes me feel like its my second home

Everything was fine. We live out of the area so may not be back for a while.

Our waitress Lisa, was amazing... the manager was mean to her!
