Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Our food is always good and prepared just like we like it.

The employees are tops, they are concerned about us and try to please. They always have answers to our questions, they are fast and efficient. The manager is excellent, always helping people, friendly and accommodating.

24 hr location was ideal

The management needs to do a deep cleaning. All the lights need dusted and cleaned, and the restrooms(mens) smells like an outhouse. Needs to be cleaned in the corners, sanitized, and power scrubbed with brushes. All walls need washed especially near the fixtures. All the air freshners will not clean the room.

Not sure if there was a problem in kichen because it took about half hour to get food. And my order wass't what I had asked for. Not a big deal, this was first time this happen. All other visits were great. Could have been busy in kitchen. Waitress was super awesome, friendly and nice!! That made up for it!!

When our food came our sandwiches and soups were mixed up. When we went to pay we waited for a couple of minutes before a girl came to take our payment.

I have set a very high standard for this Shari's. My Satisfied is most other peoples Highly satisfied. But if I give that rating for an normal visit, I have no where to go to show when something really fantastic happens (or something just out of the ordinary).
