I have been a patron at the Sharis for over Six years. My choices of restaurants was unexpectedly closed. Forced to use this restaurant, I must say food and service MUCH improved during evenings. Days remains below my standard and will not attend.

It wasn't a huge deal, but a table was being cleared for us to be seated and another waiter seated the next people before us. So we had to wait longer, not a whole lot longer but when you're hangry it feels like a lifetime!

On many recent visits, there seemed to be inexperienced kitchen staff. There usually is no management member to be seen, resulting in long waits to be seated and to pay the check. Two weeks ago, we went in and there were 4 groups ahead waiting to be seated and 3 parties standing, waiting to pay. We waited a few minutes with no action, so left and went to Perkins. The wait staff is very efficient and friendly.

It took quite some time to be served. Staff wasn't friendly. Onion rings were greasy and soft, and no bbq sauce was served with them.

well we had been looking forward to having prime rib dinners on Friday the 1st for some time, because we were both off that day and could go to dinner together.We get there and tried to order our dinner the waiter says they were out of prime rib for the day, we both looked at each other and were very disappointed, how could you run out it was only 4:30 pm. We almost got up and left but decided to stay and have something else for dinner. We only go out to dinners on Saturdays because of our work schedules and it's very very rare that we both have a Friday off to go out. My wife thinks the waiter should have handled the situation better.
