Over all my biggest problem and it’s a easy fix is that we are charged $2.89 for a single cup of orange juice with no refills. It is clearly concentrate and not fresh. There should be no reason not to get refills.

Server recommended a sandwich that did not live up to expectations. Pie order was served to us frozen, had to have replaced with alternate choice.. Cafe club card presented. Should have gotten a free slice of pie but did not. Points for order were not added to Cafe Club Card. What is the point of the Cafe Club if your servers do not know how to apply them. My bill came to $33.36. Cashier did not profer an itemized receipt, I think, because she knew she did not ring the order up right.

My salad took about 15 minutes to receive. My main course took another 15 to. 18 minutes to receive and I had to wait for her to get done with her side work and NO dinner roll on 2 different occasion that I was there and NO butter for my baked potato. I guess I well have to go to another Sharis restaurant

The soup was cold and the sandwich was dry. The management team there didn't help the server out when she clearly had her hands full with multiple tables. At the end of the dinner, we confronted the manager about the service and he didn't do anything to rectify our service.

I ordered from the senior menu - the chicken fried steak. Asked for a baked potato and at 1800 they were out of them. Then went with mashed potatoes. Asked for a tossed salad and did receive it - many - about 1/3 of the leaves were brown and slimmy appearing. I could not eat it. I was offered a vegetable - I do not eat broccoli and was offered green beans and carrots. I chose that option and was service broccoli and mixed vegs. I ate the steak and half of the potatoes. I ordered a slice of pie and it was delicious. When the bill was presented the waitperson stated that the pie was comped. I did appreciate that. This was the worst experience I have had at Sharis - I do not feel it was entirely the waitpersons fault, but a combination of things. Eventually I will return - but not for awhile.

Have been coming to this Shari's for the past year and have had the same breakfast 98 % of the time. Our server (whom has been our regular for the last 9 months) completely blew my order(gave me hash browns when I have NEVER ordered them and 2 slices of toast when I asked for 1, and had to ask for jam). I feel that one with my regularity should not have to suffer this with my regular server.

I simply don't go out to eat all that often but when we do we usually go here because we have late hours and you're open 24 hours plus we really enjoy the coupons, makes it much more affordable. Everyone in town knows Sharis, no need to recommend.

The quality of the food was not up to our standard. The eggs were not cooked to what I would consider something that was ordered. The bacon seemed to be substandard quality. (my opinion). There was not waiting or low attendance was why we stopped. This was on a Sunday when they should have been busy. We will go to the new Dennys next time.

This Shari's was apparently under-staffed. Although I was seated fairly quickly, others had to wait too long for a table and there was plenty of empty tables. At least 2 parties, after giving their name for the wait list, left the lobby after waiting too long (another 10 minutes after waiting a long time before giving their name), one offered to take an empty table next to the lobby. I knew this because I was seating next to the lobby. There was plenty of waiting customers to pay also. There was wait staff and hostess present but they were busy with other customers and activities, no employees were standing around, all were busy. Obviously more staff is needed or a more efficient work force is necessary... you are losing customers.
