Shari's

manager running around stressed. not doing anything but complaining. 1 pie shake took forever to come out. one meal total forgotten buy the time my aunt got her food we were half done. manager checking us out still stressed and mad it was busy. was going to get pie but his attitude put me off.

The food was served cold.

Side salad lettuce was soft and wilted. I asked if it could be replaced with a more "crispy" one. Waitress replied "NO, this is the salad that comes with what you ordered." She came back after a minute and removed the untouched salad from the table.

Went in after 4:00PM so I could order a Bake Potato with my meal and get told that they had run out at 4:15 ?? and it would be 45 more minutes before they would have more. Took an alternative but was not happy

went in with a coupon 2 diners for 25 1 appetizer.2entrees,4 sides, 2 slices of pie. asked the waiter what entrees were allowed and he said their were11 but he did not know and that they were on the menu the coupon came with. he said we needed that menu. Neither the coupon or the menu says that we need the menu to receive offer only the coupon. we feel this to be a lack of effort on the waiters part or false advertisement on sharis part. we did eat there but did not experience what we had planned on enjoying.

It took to long to get our food. Over heard a server saying the kitchen was behind but we personally were not told. Son ordered a cheeseburger and we had to tear the hamburger apart to find the cheese. It appeared the cheese was so thin, it only had one side and I’m not saying this to be funny. The server was no were to be found when it was time to get our check and togo box. We waited 10-15 minutes before she showed up to get our check. We were done eating for at least 20 minutes.

my husband, child and I went to your Shari's on 9/23 at 8 pm. my son ordered mac & cheese with apple sauce, but got fries. Lisa who was our waiter didn't come to check on us but 2 times in the hour we were there and when we would start talking or try to get her attention she would walk away so I couldn't tell her my son wanted apple sauce not fries so I just forgot about it. my husband ordered breakfast and he had a pretty decent size egg shell in his egg right on top in plain view. I ordered the bruschetta chicken and my vegetables were not warm some parts were literally frozen. me and my family always come to Shari's whenever we go out.every other time has been good.this time however was the worst and the food was not as good.I'm too shy to speak up about how my food was uncooked especially when our waiter didn't come see how we were doing but maybe 2 times in an hour and ignored us and walked away when we would try in get her attention. she came up to the elder couple next to us way more then us and we would try in get her attention and she just walked away.I felt uncomfortable already, especially to try in tell her my food was frozen.i don't think our food was worth 37.16

The servers seemed almost irritated to have to seat us. It took quite awhile to get our order taken. They were very dismissive and not wanting to be personable at all.

The food was fine, the service was terrible. This server was a little offensive and I wouldn't want her section again so will be looking at other establishments. It appeared there was inadequate coverage for some time as well. Breaks around 3pm ???

When we came into the restaurant it took us over 10 minutes to get seated, we waited for a long time to get our drinks ordered, took forever to get our food, drinks. No one refilled my drink until I asked them to do so. Then when our salad was messed up and I asked the manager to get me a different salad, he never brought it out to us.
