first off, Sharis was not that busy when we were there (around 5 PM) ??? we ordered and my soup ended up being a salad?? got that fixed. Can't cook a Prim Rib Med. Rare, never heard of that. then the apple cannoli came with NO Carmel sauce. it IS a CARMEL APPLE cannoli. and both the CARMEL APPLE and strawberry cannoli came with NO sweet cream chess inside. So, out of four orders, two were off the chart WRONG and the two chicken fried steaks were correct but they reminded me more of something that I would get at some instatution.

I ordered a simple hamburger and it was over cooked on the edges and slightly under cooked on the inner portion. Way too much pepper on the meat as well.

Unfortunately, the sever never checked back with our table. Nor when we need something was she found. We weren't able to get any refills on our drink.

We arrived a little after 6p.m. There were 6 of us. No children. Seated immediately. Waited forever to get drinks. My 81 yr old mother received a bowl of romaine as side salad. Out of "salad", cukes, tomatoes. My NY Strip- ordered REALLY well-done..no pink..black is good came bleeding all over my other food, barely brown around the edges. Server was going to take the steak back to finish cooking. My husband insisted on a new plate since I don't eat bleeding food. We were there until 7:58..way to long to have a meal. The rest of my family was done eating when my new plate arrived. I sat and watched them eat then had to wolf my food down. Not a pleasant or satisfying meal. I felt guilty holding them up. My Sister is here visiting from Virginia. My Mother, Husband, Daughter, Grand Son and myself chose you because you have an extensive Gluten Free Menu. Thank you for that anyway. My Grandson had tomatoes and onions on his Bacon Burger so he gave his to Great Grandma for her "salad". She was highly disappointed with the salad. How embarrassing for a large restaurant to serve a naked bowl of lettuce and call it salad.

The length of time to get the food and still have it cold, despite the fact that my office was only a 3 minutes drive away was very disappointing and the flavor was bland.

First off the one thing i went there for, they were out of. Out of Cinnamon rolls on the 4th of July ??? I ordered the cinnama-station platter style. Second the waitress offered to sub French Toast for the cinnamon roll, I asked to sub a waffle....she said that would cost me a dollar something...I said fine. I asked her if she could hold off a few minutes on the waffle so i could enjoy it hot...she said ok. She then offered the pecans and caramel like i would have received on the Cinnama-station. I replied good thinking...that would be great. So after what seemed to be an HOUR, actually 27 minutes, she brought me food that appeared to hastily thrown on the plate....Bacon dried and shrunken to 5 inches by half inch wide..YUK Scrambled eggs were not fluffy and the hashbrowns were extremely crunchy and in a very small portion. She ALSO brought me the waffle, with just butter and syrup!! And this was after I had gone through a very detailed order. Luckily manager stepped in and corrected the waffle situation, but i still feel like I really got burnt.

Water cups were dirty with lipstick. Sat for over 20 minutes at the table before our order or drinks were asked about. The server asked about free pie slices and did not return for over 10 minutes. We were never checked on regarding how our food was.

I ordered a salad and it came to me with soggy croutons, dry chicken and the whole salad was warm. My onion rings (comped) were soggy in the middle.
