Took to long to be seated not busy and to long to order thought they forgot about us food was cold and didn't hqve color or taste

Terrible night manager. He was needed on the floor but must have been hiding in the back. Too few staff. Not enough waiters for the size of the restaurant If it weren't for Brittany (this was only her third day working) you really would have been sunk. She greeted, cleared and reset tables, checked folks out and served tables. Have her train the rest of the staff. Jose was good too although he was so over used he did forget a few things.

Was never greeted had to ask for a menu after waiting more than 10 minutes food was cold and either the employees and manager are overworked don't care or whatever tables were left dirty they acted as if it was inconvenient to service me and to pay my Bill. There was only one employee a waitress that smiled but was not assigned to my table wish she was. This was seriously disapointing will not be visiting anytime soon

My baked potato was brown on the inside and tasted burnt. After informing waitress she told me that she told the other servers to not serve any more baked potatoes because they were old and over-cooked. Yet she did nothing about my potato. I also order de-caf coffee and the waitress brought me one small decanter, not quite 2 cups. Was not worth the price charged. The vegetables that came with the meal were cold and the "garlic" bread was just some toasted bread with no butter or garlic. Overall very dissatisfied with my visit.

Our waitress never came and checked on us. Did not refill our drinks. We waited 35 min to get our check. Another server finally had come over to check on us and help us order dessert. That same server who helped with pie, was excellent when ringing us up; very friendly. Our server to start, did not make eye contact or come check on us.

food was not up to standard even for a 24 hour operation, the rice pilaf looked like it was yesterday's leftovers and clumped in a lump and someone needs to learn how to make a nacho dish that at leasts has some flavors and not stale chips a little salsa would have been nice, waitress seemed to have an attitude in general, when asked why I was charged for a slice of pie on free slice of pie day I was told it was because I had an appetizer not an entree so I said if I had known that I would not have ordered the pie and she just looked at me and said oh sorry. I do not believe that I will visit this Shari's again and will have to think hard about trying another one in the area. $32 is a lot to pay for something not pleasing to eat.

Did not Like the way that the menu had its prices listed. When I asked waitress about it she got snippy and said asked corporate offices who do the menus. I never did get a straight answer to my question. The later when she gave us refills of our drinks she just slammed them down and kept going not saying a thing to me. I thought this kind of action was very unprofessional.

I wanted the stuffed hash browns with two eggs and two sausages. The waittress said I had to have it with a steak. Now I was hesitant to order a steak as the last time I had a steak at Sharis it was cooked wrong. I ALWAYS order my steaks medium rare. The last time I had one here it was over cooked, certainty not med. rare. This one was over done also, NOT med. rare I did not say anything to mgmt. as last time I did they embarrassed me and they made me feel really bad for saying anything, so this time I saved my comments and thought for this format. When someone wants just sausage with their stuffed hashbrowns this should be "ok". If you do talk someone into a steak, than at least cook it the way they want it to be. Mine was well-done, certainty not med. rare. Very Disappointing.

I ordered the senior pot roast, meat was the only tasty item although it as not completely heated through and I had to return it twice. Carrots were bland, only a few soggy pearl onions (yuk) and cuts of celery. Gravy was very dark and unappealing. Basically it tasted like it came out of a can.

We had a power outage in the general area. Many people were coming in for a hot meal. There was a customer that was taking up a table that had been there for over 4 hours playing on his computer and drinking just coffee. I was told one of the district managers was there and I asked several of the waite staff why they didn't go ask that customer to either sit at the counter or he would have to leave. You had a lot of good paying families that were waiting.
