There was two of us for breakfast and had the $9.00 menue item with fruit. However when the breakfast was deliver we were able to tell immediately that the melon slices were green and we could not eat them. We were told that there was nothing to replace that mellon. On paying the bill were not given any comment as to being sorry. George White

Mega my server was very rude and when I complained about my bis gravy she rolled her eyes and mumble something under her breath. This place is a joke.

Restrooms were filthy(garbage overflowing, floor dirty...) Entryway doors and windows dirty and smudged. Walked by pie case on way back from restroom and it was full of crumbs and filthy. We were seated in booth and there were crumbs all over seat and table. Pulled pork nachos were over microwaved. Cheese was burnt . Pork was dry and crispy. No flavor. Server brought our check and didn't offer pie and we were planning to order some.

First, there were only 4 families waiting to be seated including me & my family. We could see multiple tables, booths and seats at the counter available yet, we waited a half an hour to be seated. Seond, after getting to a table, we watched the time on our cell phones tick away another 20 minutes before our waiter came to the table. One item that was ordered was incorrect. When told about our dissatisfaction, we were told the manager forgot it was pie day and they were understaffed. This experience has made us NOT want to use this Sharis any time soon.

Took forever for them to take our drink order, didn't refill drinks unless we asked. Forgot to bring them until we asked again. Food came out at all different times. Food was not cooked as we had ordered it. Associates were arguing and talking about others right next to our table and slamming things around on the counter. For the price we paid, we could have went e elsewhere and received better service

Took an hour to get my T bone steak. Ordered it Medium rare, half of it was very well done, the other half was cold and rare. I don't even know how that is possible! Ordered Eggs and mixed Veggies with steak. Eggs original came on friends plate, and got sent back. When I got my meal about 30 minutes after everyone else got their food, the eggs were burnt brown, and some of the veggies were freezing cold! Water refills came with floating particles in the water. Had to have waitress dump and refill with clean water. Paid $50 for everyone, and received some of the worst food, and service I have ever experienced.

Food was bland and cold, omelet undercooked. Clerk and manager said I could not claim my code points as it was broken, rang up my bill before I could give them my phone # and said it could not be fixed. They were both rude. The lady with me paid before me and they took her phone # and they knew I was with her. They saw my phone on counter with my code and ignored everything about my payment options! An unbelievable experience!!

My reason for visiting this Shari’s was for a single slice of chocolate cream surpreme pie which was frozen and not able to be served to me. This was unfortunate but understandable however the server was quite rude about the situation and didn’t offer any solution to the issue. Also we ordered a pie shake and received a very small portion with no side tin that usually comes with the shake. We asked the server, Michael about the small portion and he said this was all we got but for the 6.52 that we paid for the shake we were very disappointed in the portion size. Also the shake was quite warm and soupy not at all like a milkshake.

For starters the chicken was more like jerky, it was dry beyond edible, then when we told the server, that chicken was all gone so more fresh chicken was not prepared and given to us, the kitchen forgot the gravy. The country omelette I ordered was very burnt. No action was made for the chicken and waffles errors.. the omelette was remade. I'm highly disappointed I may not visit this establishment again.
