Found either a beard hair or pubic hair in my salad, the server never checked on us, never refilled our drinks, and when the hair issue was brought up, was treated like it wasn't a big deal. Awful experience, shameful to do your customers this way.

Our server was amazing! I appreciate all the hard work Jose did all over the restaurant. It seemed as if he was on his own. The manager on site ( Daniel I believe his name was) continued to disappear causing a major back up in having people be seated and tables being cleaned because Jose and the one other server were strained running all over to meet everyone's needs. In additiin to that, the manager was yelling at his emoloyees and telling them "too bad, I'm not helping you."The other server had a bad attitude and kept yelling at the kitchen and other employees. In appalled at the behavior of the person who was in charge and causing a negative atmosphere for his employees and customers. Jose and the other server on the floor were trying to serve and seat people due to lack of help.

The girl who cashed payment out was very worried more about things about herself then focussing on the food togo order. French toast had no butter. Pancakes had no butter. Eggs Benedict had no sauce. We live 10min away. Drove back to resturant. Same girl who cashed us out made jokes to cook about the order being messed up thought it was funny. Spoke with supervisor who in no way tried to solve issue. Made cook grab missing sauce. A very small amount, not enough for meal was handed. No efforts were made to deal with issue at hand. Very very unhappy with our experience.

We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. Then our unfriendly server took another 10 minutes to bring water. We ordered a burger without an egg and another without cheese. They were both wrong when they were brought to the table an hour after we were seated. Then it took another 20 minutes to get the correct food. She charged us twice for a milkshake and the manager seemed put off when i asked to have it corrected. 43.86 and an hour and half later we ate a so so meal. We won't ever be back.

1. Hostis Natalie asked us twice, two in your party and it took her over five minutes to decide were she was going to sit us. 2. Natalie would not let us sit in a booth when there were several of them empty with two customers in each booth, she says per the manager will not let us sit in a booth. 3. The table and chairs that Natalie sat us at was by the door and every time someone came in our out we were hit with cold air, it's 32 degree's here in spokane, washington. 4. The side of gravy that I ordered was so small amount it was a joke, it was also cold. 5. Once we got are order, I observed a waitress return a order of bacon back to the cook. The large male cook took the bacon off the plate and eat it while fixing the mistake. 6. I also observed this same cook eating from the kitchen side with his bare hands while preparing other orders, food was dropping out his mouth on the kitchen side down onto the pates that he was putting food on to send out to customers! 7. I seen who I thought was the manager, but he got a cup of coffee and was drinking it at the counter were the customers food was, then started carrying food out to the customer. I'm also a Food Card Holder here is WA.

The fish strips were very highly breaded ( very thin slices, ( was mostly batter) and my chicken strips were the same way!! The salad was 6" pieces of a different kind of lettuce , and the tips were brown on most of them, with 2 cherry tomatoes + a couple slices of cucumber. The soup choice was only squash, and they were out of fries. I understand that it was Christmas. but they should have been better prepared

We often eat at Shari's but this evening you were out of new York steak. It took 20 along time to come back an tell me. I ordered sirloin instead. When it arrived it was a bad cut, burned on the outside and raw inside. I told the waitress I couldn't eat it. She said a replacement would come out exactly the same. She took the steak then asked if I wanted it taken off the hill, really wasn't it obvious. The service was slow, the kitchen didn't do it right and her attitude was far from friendly or helpful. I spent about $2,000 there already this year but it's time to find a new restaurant.

I had Prime rib dinner and the waiter said the pork had to be cooked a long time. I let him know that the prime rib is not pork. I ordered my prime rib medium and I received it well well done The waiter was too busy talking to the other waitress. The supervisor was busy talking on the phone. If that was my restaurant I'd be cleaning house waiter was too busy talking to the waitresses. The supervisor was busy talking on the phone.
