Shari's

The staff were talking among themselves while I was waiting for four minutes to put in my food order. I waited ten minutes to get my check.

Waiter Jose was inattentive to us. He didn't refill drink until food was already eaten and it was requested. Asked for a milkshake was served a slice of pie when asked to change it out Jose took the pie slice and threw it in the sink in front of us then went and made the pie. He acted as if we were an inconvenience as soon as we walked in. We are always large tippers for good service, but this behavior warranted no tip.

We used to go to Shari's once a week for the Strawberry Crapes. We tried the replacement. It just isn't that good. We were hoping you went back to the Crapes. That's the reason we would go to Shari's since an IHOP and Denny's is also close. We thought Shari's had the best crapes in Spokane. Three out of the seven of us always choose the crapes when we meet. Three of us has checked twice since you quit serving them. It's a shame since that's the one thing you had better than anyone else. We now go to IHOP for our weekly brunch.

Every time we have eaten at Sherri's The speed of service is very slow. This trip we spent two hours in this restaurant. Once getting the food everything was very bland from the gravy to the Chicken fried steak even the eggs were bland and runny after specifically being asked to scramble them hard. The people were nice; however, they didn't seem to understand that the wait times were way out of line with their competition. Understand this was 2:00pm in the afternoon the restaurant was not busy at all. I counted only four tables being occupied when we placed out order, which took forever to happen. We were about to leave when the server finally showed back up to take our order. And to top it all off the coffee was luke warm.

The food was not cooked all the way. It does not take a hour to cook 2 Denver omelet's and chicken strips. And then when we did get it the chicken was cold, mash potatoes were cold. The 2 omelet's the cheese wasn't melted. When we walked in we stood there with no greeting and 3 waitresses walking around doing nothing. When one did acknowledge us, they walked off and did not return. We finally were given a seat after the table was wiped down in a hurry and wet. Worst experience ever at a restaurant. I would NEVER return to that place, and I will let as many people as I know what kind of experience I had there if asked.

Our server was rude and disrespectful. We did not get water with our initial place setting. Server told us later if we wanted it, had to ask. Yet, offered/given to other customers around us after this, even when they didn't ask. Received, with their drinks. Server did not check if we were ready to order. Had to get her attention. Husband had New York Steak dinner. He wanted to make small substitutions. Yet, per server would be charged full price for side orders. Husband ended up with steak, 3 sm. onion rings and 2 petite rounds of garlic bread. I had similar problem with Chicken fried steak dinner. Price for Husband 15.95, for me 11.29. At those prices one should be able to make substitutions for minimal cost. I didn't want to eat due to issue. Husband got manager. Was not able to discuss any issues with her, as server jumped over by our table to listen when she saw manager there. Rest of evening ignored even worse, yet was by counter seeming to listen to our conversation and glancing our way. It was very uncomfortable. Husband had to get up to get a to go box. Check was delivered as soon as our meal came to table, without our request. In our 50's, so unacceptable! Bad experience!

Spend $50 for food that should be hot but was cold, the cold food was hot though. Within 15mins of leaving my whole party was throwing up. Server and management was rude, stating that the problem that we experience was not their problem.

We were there for dinner seated at 7:10, order taken at 7:20 didn't get food till 8:20!!! There were 6 of us...3 of us got there food and at least 5 minutes went by before the rest of the rest came, the nachos were horrible way over microwave and my sons order was served on a plate that was dirty!! we got was sorry it took so long! People who came in after us got served before us!!! I was very disappointed!!!

waitress was unintentive, hashbrowns were crunchy and way overcooked, pork meat in cuban sandwich was burnt. I ordered the cuban sandwich and it was supposed to come with a pickle and mine did not, I had asked for a side of mayonnaise which was not given until after I had to ask a 2nd time....very poor service and food was bad. Will not be back

I ordered a spinach omelette. I asked for no mushrooms which they didn't include which is great. But I got a mouthful of bacon. I've been a vegetarian for nearly 10 years now and did not appreciate having bacon in a vegetarian omelette. The server did give me a free slice of pie but I'm still not satisfied.
