Debra walked by our table 4 times never acknowledged us or even asked if we had been helped. She never refilled our drinks I had to ask if refills were still allowed. Our meals were not brought out correctly and waited almost 15 minutes after eating to get our pie.

The restaurant was way short-staffed. When we came in one of the waitresses at the cash register pointed to a couple of booths and told us to go ahead and sit down where we wanted. No one came to give us a menu or bring water. We were not acknowledged until I requested service of a waitstaff going by. It took a very long time for a waitress to come and bring water and take our order. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food and it was awful. The manager was apparently doing the cooking with one other person and she didn't know what she was doing. She was also rude to the wait persons when they inquired of their orders. The staff were working their rear ends off and did what they could with what they had to work with. It looked like the whole scene of chaos was squarely on the shoulders of the manager who can't cook as well as my ten year old grandchild. Customers were stacking up and not being properly taken care of. I don't know if we will ever go back and I most certainly would not recommend the place to anyone else.

There was a piece of a blue rubber band in my loaded potato soup. I did not want another bowl of soup. I ordered the one pound t bone steak, medium rare, with Bleu cheese crumbles and sautéed mushrooms. The steak was well done and the Bleu cheese had been browned to borderline burnt. I ate 4 bites. The steak was dry and hard to cut, much less chew. My husband's chicken fried steak was the size of a small hamburger. We waited almost 15 minutes for our check, and finally went up to the register. Our waitress did not check on us at all, she was busy visiting with other staff. No... we did not leave a tip.

Quiche portion is child like! Asked for English muffin to be crispy, it came barely warm and soft. When asked if I could have it fixed, she took my whole plate rather than just muffin. Then returned with original muffin grilled? Are you kidding? Not a fresh one, toasted properly? Fruit was not ripe.

The food was barely warm and the turkey was almost noon existent. The price for what I got was way too high

At the division st location they were out of soup and country gravy which were the two main dishes I came for. Took the waiter to long to say something about having no gravy that the rest of the food got cold.

The service was horrible. If they were short handed, they should let you know. We would make allowances. But I don't think that was the case. Our server waited quite well on her regulars. Then if we wanted anything we had to track her down. That was why nothing got resolved. We have been going to Shari's for over twenty years on Monroe and NW. Boulevard in Spokane, Wash. until they closed. So we tried the one on Division and Rowan. We might try again because everybody can have an off day.

Food was cold veg were awful others that arrived after got their food before we did

I ordered a Cranberry Pecon Chicken Salad, the menu discribes it as a "Classic White Chicken Salad with lettuce, tomato and red onion on our fresh whole-grain wheat bread". This was very dry, no mayo on the sandwich, nothing but dry bread, no tomatoes. I asked the waitress if anything comes on the bread like mayo and she told me very firmly that chicken salad has mayo. I also ordered a Caprese Salad. The picture in the menu showed tomatoes, cheese, several basil leaves and a sauce. When I received my meal I had a thrown together half a dry sandwich and my salad had no greens. The waitress just set it down and I told her this looks nothing like the picture. She argued and stated the only thing different was that the picture showed a piece of basil, and she told me they were out of basil. I showed her the picture which is completely different.

The food was barley warm. Monica didn't even introduce herself to my husband and I,the bread 🍞 was gross,there wasn't enough mushrooms on the burgers, we paid $9.95 for a Mushroom 🍄 Swiss burger each! We would have enjoyed the Mushroom 🍄 Swiss from Jack in the Box it would have tasted so much better!
