Food was cold, server was rude and very bad at checking on us. Toast was burnt. If I wanted to east crappy food and be treated crappy THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS I would of gone to jack in the box. I will NEVER return.

We're seniors and it took a very long time to get seated but there was no one else waiting. Waitress put us right by the front door and the noisy front counter. I asked to move to the side but was told the manager had that area closed even when the place was full. I said well then we'll go to the other Sharis and the waitress grabbed my arm and said no I'll get you a spot. Well thanks for nothing...right across from the noisy waitress station. For the whole meal our waitress didn't check on us once. Overall very un-enjoyable experience...and we eat at Sharis a lot...well we used to. Doubt we'll be back anytime soon.

Food looked like trucker station food, which I would have been fine with. But I work in customer service and understand the importance of good customer service., waitress seemed like she had the potential to be great, but was rude, really was the big downfall. I'll give it another try in a month or two probably

waited for along time to be seated,told no booths availble, then gave a booth to people behind us,asked if we could swap toast for pancakes,they said they would check,then came back with our orders,with a side of "2" pancakes and toast,we ate they never came back to our table,we needed water;we went to pay the bill and asked why to pancakes were 6 dollars! ; the manager "jacki"said ,"I dont know, our prices have gone up,dissatified I payed the bill with no tip,we called to ask about the price of a side of two pancakes,put on hold and hung up on three times; at home we called them, but the phone was off the hook,I want julie the district manager to know what goes on in this store
