The servers on duty, both, were very cordial, friendly and professional. They were helping each other...all to the benefit of the customers. My server was Vanessa. She recommended The Mexi Skillet as a meal that would be great for what I was looking for. She asked several times if everything was OK. She is very professional and totally dedicated to her profession.

This Shari's is one of my favorite restaurants in Spokane. The friendliness of staff and managers is terrific. They want their servers to learn the first names of customers, and they call me by name when I come in. They give good service, and if they're not too busy they will chat for a moment. They were very supportive when my husband died. When I didn't come in for a while they considered calling me if they hadn't seen me soon.

Food was fast. Service was excellent.

Sara was awesome!!! Cook also prepared my steak to perfection!!!

Staff was polite. Restaurant was clean. Food was tasty and served in a timely manner. Fair price for the dinners we ordered. The prime rib was tender and well prepared. Cherry pie is always a favorite!

During a busy time, the staff was prompt and friendly, from greeting to seating to order to delivery and follow-up.

SERVICE IS ALWAYS GOOD ESPECIALLY WITH LAURA OR KIM AS OUR SERVERS. OUR ONLY SMALL PROBLEM IS THAT DECAF COFFEE IS NEVER BREWED AND WE ALWAYS HAVE TO 'WAIT' UNTIL A POT IS BREWED. I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE THAT WE ARE THE ONLY ONES REQUESTING DECAF ON A SUNDAY MORNING.
