Great, consistent service!

Good customer service. Everyone was nice and flexible. The waitress did not interrupt me and my meal but just occasionally checked in.

My omlet and hash browns were nasty. Very runny and mush.... The manager agreed and had my entire order remade.

From the first day I walked in I was treated like a family and was mad to feel at home. The help was out going and friendly they all work as a team. I go there at least once a day if not more..

We love this Sharis because Andrea and Andrew make our time together wonderful. They are very friendly, attentive, kind, and make sure we are very well taken care of on our weekly date nights. They remember us and remember that its our date nights and they are just wonderful to us every time we are there. They make our evenings perfect every time. Especially Andrea! We are usually there for 3 to 5 hours and Andrea makes sure we are taken care of the whole time as if we just came in. She is amazing! I haven't had customer service like this anywhere in Spokane or in years for that matter. It is very refreshing and I really look forward to seeing her!

The Sharis on Hwy 395 near us in North Spokane has had some rough times in past years, slow service, indifferent people, but it has improved quite a bit this year. We came in for a nice dinner, and were pleasantly surprised. Sevice was excellent, sweet, and the food was great..yes, I would highly recommend it!

We are always treated kindly, usually seated quickly unless extremely busy, waitresses are friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is ALWAYS good!
