Shari's

I would like to say that had it not been for our waitress Melissa today this would have been the last time we would have come into a Sharis. We have not had good experiences the last few times we have dined here. Melissa was attentive and anticipated our needs wonderfully.. She made sure our waters stayed full as well as my coffee pot she checked back frequently and always had a smile on her face. Taking the two minutes to talk to your elderly customers really made a big difference today thank you Melissa. We will be back!

Sharis always has a friendly atmosphere and the food is great!

Vanessa was our server and she gave us excellent service. She asked if we would like coffee and we said YES. She brought it to our table quickly and asked if we knew what we wanted. We told her that we did, gave her our menus and shortly after that she brought our breakfasts to us. The food was delicious and there were no grounds in our delicious coffee. We love Shari's because of the good service we get and the food is very good.

It always seems it takes forever to get someone to the cash register so we can pay then leave. Even when business is slow there never seems to be anyone around the cash register to check you out. You can see all the employees are all busy taking care customers. It's like its a dreaded job to cash someone out and nobody wants to do it. It a constant issue everytime. There needs to be a employee dedicated to checking people out swiftly. That is my only complaint about going to Shari's. We love the food and the Atmosphere and the Friendlyness of the employees, and the pie and coffee, and especially how clean the place is all the time.

Andrea was so polite and attentive. I hope that you recognize her for this. She even ensured as we were walking into the restaurant that we knew that the parking lot was very slippery due to ice. Please thank her for me.
