A little longer than I like getting my order than I like but it wasOK

I asked for my New York strip to be cooked med-rare and it was barely pink in the middle. Also, the strip of gristle should have been removed prior to cooking. While my portion was generous, two of my companions' steaks were obviously much smaller than mine and neither were cooked according to order either. Your "chefs" seem to have a problem when it comes to cooking beef in the form of steaks AND prime rib, which is also always overcooked.

Highly is perfect and nothing is perfect even myself.

Two of the plates the taste was bland or had very little flavor

The men's restroom was not very clean at all. Urinal looked like it had not been scrubbed in quite sometime. Wife said women's was not so good either.

It was not a problem but based on all of our previous experiences, someone was not available to greet us for maybe 2 minutes! We did get seated and then I had to get up to find a waitress to take our order! Unusual for Shari's.

There is no GM assistant GM or supervisor out front taking care of the cash register and overseen how the food comes out and if it gets out on time and things like that the servers are sitting people taking cash and getting the orders while the whoever is working GM assistant GM or supervisor is in the back doing whatever when they should be out front taking care of business this Shari is not ran like a restaurant but more like a friendly place for the servers and the GM and whoever else the help come do talk to each other and carry on

I ordered the $12.99 prime rib/eggs breakfast. The prime rib tasted stale.
