The T-Bone steak I ordered which was on the menu were all out. I ordered a New York in its place. It was so tough it wasn't chewable. My sweet waitress asked what she could get me in its place. I couldn't think of anything so she brought me a piece of pie. I wasn't charged for my dinner either which was very kind.

I have ordered chicken strips twice and each time there was something missing. The last time the roll was missing, the time before that the mashed potatoes were missing the gravy which made them very dry. It was not a big issue so I didn't say anything. Next time I'll try something else tho I really like the chicken strips

food was very good but we were seated at a booth near the swinging door of the kitchen. obviously not the ideal spot in a busy restaurant, I will ask for a different table on the next visit. the servers were all courteous and did a great job

Server did not smile, moved very slowly almost like on meds, had to ask for juice, also Mother's Day and realized that it was quite busy but seated within 5 minutes, we had 5 in our group and would be nice to have larger carafes of coffee

I just don't think Shari's makes all that good of food. I go because it's open late and the food is just tasty enough.

The service was very slow, seemed to be short-staffed. Didn't enjoy the food, especially after how long we had to wait. Wouldn't accept my coupon until I talked with a manager.

our server Colette was fantastic - very personable and friendly. Took awhile to actually place our order as well as to get the actual order but she continually checked on us when she had the chance. She was very busy. Some food was colder than expected and other food very hot. Dessert was excellent.

Nothing really bad, I just wouldn't say that it was "highly satisfactory." They were a bit understaffed so we ended up waiting a while to pay, but it wasn't too big of a deal.

CFS is smaller than the larger patties. The country gravy was okay, didn't taste that great. And the english muffin was not toasted at all.
