Shari's

was very satisfied with the service and the food. so much better then some of the other sharis i have been to. where they take way to long for you to be seated and for them to take your orders, and serve the food cold most of the time. i like sharis because the place is very friendly and have good food. just wish that they could all be as good as the sharis i went too with my friend

My salmon was dry and overcooked.

The food and service was solid. Value for the food was not amazing and the food itself was good but not amazing also. I had stuff hashbrowns that were solid but seemed a little bit small for the almost $5 value. But service and everything else about the experience was satisfactory.

Vanessa needs some training on customer service. She must have had a rough day or something. No water offered, distant statements, monotone voice, lack of real smile, and food was cold when served (communication from window?), check simply left on table without a thanks. Well, that is a problem folks. She did push the pie deal heavily but not with much personality. Sorry

First, my server was EXCELLENT! My problem is with every Shari's I've visited over the past several years. I am an IT / road warrior, eat out very often (almost every day) and pretty much only patronize restaurants with good WiFi capability. Unfortunately, Shari's routinely BLOCKS VPN WiFi traffic which means I can't get a lot of necessary work done at your establishments. Though I am a former regular customer (and I often meet friends for coffee/meals as well), this issue is a deal breaker for me. Also, Shari's lacks a value menu (unlike comparable restaurants such as Dennys, Perkins, certain truck stops, etc). So the lower cost, VALUE meals that I usually buy end up costing quite a bit more at Shari's compared to alternatives. Finally, the music mix playing on the overhead speakers was not the best - maybe a bit eclectic/inharmonious at times, not any particular genre that works for me in terms of background music.

What I wanted to order wasn't on the menu it appears. I just wanted a half-order of biscuits & gravy. I didn't even see a regular biscuit & gravy order available. And the food was warm ,, not hot as it should be in my opinion. I visit this particular location regularly and haven't had too many concerns. The wait staff was very nice and accommodating.

Why do I have to be highly satisfied??? We are here weekly. Oh yeah, I forgot----the new pie (raspberry lemon merange) not enough lemon and the merange is tough. I'll just have the other pies that I love! Wishing the staff of the store a wonderful holiday season, MERRY CHRISTMAS. Thank you for your awesome service and care. We love our Sharis family.

The cook was new. The waitress compensated for it very well though.

The salad came with frozen onions on it. The waiter said he substituted the onions for the cucumbers because they were frozen but the onions were frozen as well. Then my partner's salad came and it had cucumbers on it. So I don't know what the real reason was, whether the waiter was not telling the truth or what.

The fish & chips portion size maybe measured 2oz. That is not an standard protein portion anywhere.
