Friendly courteous greetings from the staff were not offered. You don't offer military discount. You're pretty proud of the cost of your pies.

I ordered over medium eggs and got over easy. Took a long time to get new eggs

Waitress was very cold/unfriendly/disengaged...not sure how to put it. Was just not present. She did get the order right however. The breakfast sausages were terrible. Not the expected pork sausage. Dry, bland overcooked English type bangers. Terrible tasting. The waitress closed our check without asking if we wanted anything else and just slapped it on the table and walked away. We had to stop her to add the pie, the one I wanted was gone, then never came back with the check again. We asked another waitress who added ti and gave us a new check. You pie is always good but your food could use some updating and improving in taste.

This was our third visit in 4 weeks, and we experienced similar feelings each vist: waitress seemed extremely slow and somewhat ambivalent, and food prep was inaccurate (inaccurately cooked eggs as per requested, hash browns not very browned or crispy as requested).

It took a long time for our waitress to take our order, she never came to refill our drinks, took a long time to bring us our check

Our dinner brought out next our bill never ask for drink refill or if we wanted any thing else like dessert

Waited quite a while before anyone even came to our table to ask what we wanted to drink and take our order.

I have never been to a restaurant where it's a play time with the help with the some of the manager's and not at all professional on both sides management and the help.

The st4eak did not have any flavor and they are usually very well seasoned. I went there that day basically for the stuffed hash browns and there really wasn't any "stuffing" in them. they had bacon chunks, chives and some cheese, but not stuffed as they are normally. was really disappointed.. but I will go back again, in fact probably today on my way home from Spokane, The resturant is right on our route, always clean and the staff is friendly, at least most of them. I think maybe there is a turnover with cooks and lack of experience (at Sharis) I have ran into this problem before... but all in all I do enjoy eating at shari's...

Server wore too much perfume. Sausage omelette was extremely greasy. Server let 1 of the drinks go dry, and she did not have much of a personality
