It seemed very odd to be totally out of pasta. There are several grocery stores very close, so it seems that someone could have grabbed some pasta when they were close to being out.

I went to Shari's looking for biscuits and gravy. We are regulars at this restaurant. When I received my food, my b&g looked under cooked and was cold to the touch. This was the second time in as many visits that I've had to return cold food. When he brought back my food reheated, it had been heated too long and looked disgusting. The server removed it from my bill but either this cook needs further training or needs to be removed. I'd hate to think that it's time to find a new restaurant but maybe so.

I ordered the Mediterranean with chicken and they brought me beef. I didn't have time for them to prepare the chicken so I just ate the beef. The beef tasted gamey and not much flavor. Out drinks were hardly refilled. Last time a year ago I went to Sharis not satisfied. Tried again today and still not satisfied. Sorry Sharis not recommending or going back.

The food was okay. Nothing exceptional, but I wasn't looking for that. I just wanted some pancakes. It was twenty minutes before our server even came over to greet us. To be fair, this was not his fault. You are a 24/7 restaurant and at 11:00 you had one person working the entire dining room. When I asked if someone had called in, he said no. So, if this is understood correctly, it was 40 minutes before I even got some pancakes because the managers couldn't schedule another person so that customer service was up to snuff? Tables were kept full of dirty dishes the entire time I was there, long after their occupants had left. I don't love flies.

1) waitress got the order wrong. ordered sausage, received bacon 2) over easy eggs were too done 3) mexi skillet was barely warm, would rather have it hot 4) ordered a vanilla malt, received a strawberry

Our server Vanessa brought us our food and our check at the same time. I didn't feel very much like she wanted me or my sisters to be there. I work in the food industry and know how important customer service is. My experience today was the worst I've experienced in a while. On the other hand Mary was very nice and greeted every single guest that walked through that door.

We waited for about 15 mins when the restaurant didn't seem too busy but that wasn't too bad. We were seated, not offered water, it took another 10 mins to have our order taken, we waited a decent amount of time, we were never checked on, not offered refills and no one asked us if we wanted pie which we did until about 30mins into our experience. We were given the bill without much appreciation or happiness at all. There were also 2 hostesses who where not helping our pretty bust server. No teamwork, support or positive atmosphere.

Seated right away, and given drinks and menus right away. Waited fifteen to twenty minutes before waitress returned. Took our order of chicken strip dinner and quiche. Never received salad/soup with the chicken dinner...nor were we asked which we would like. Dinner was barely luke-warm when served. Waitress only asked how things were as she walked by the table...without stopping. We were both looking forward to dessert, however it was never offered. We got a 'here you go' when the bill was laid on the table. Waitress was polite...just very very slow. The table across from us had three seated and were just getting dessert when we arrived. They finished, ten minutes later another couple arrived and they were waited on and orders of their food delivered just minutes after our order was finally delivered. Food was good, tasty even...just luke-warm.

I was greeted and seated promptly. My waitress brought me coffee and a menu. I waited about five minutes for her to come back, there were only two tables of customers in the far left section. I finally caught her attention as she was coming out of the beverage station, she was on her cell phone and when she caught my eye she held up her finger indicating just one minute. She walked past me and into the back room. A minute or two later she came out of the back room and took my order. When I was done eating it took another 5 minutes before I receive my bill. Cell phones do not belong in the workplace

I object to increased pricing just because it was a Sunday. The menu says $7.29 but in reality you charge 9.29 just because it is the week-end. That makes it less likely I will dine with you on a Saturday or a Sunday.
