After being seated, it took approximately 10 minutes for anyone else to acknowledge us, in spite of our server walking past several times. My food was still partially frozen and the batter was raw on part of the item.

for the price we paid for what we ordered, was not worth it. my wife's had to send her fish back because it was not cooked all the way and she had to wait for that after i got my food.

We were seated, the manager took our drink order, he was rude and had on a dirty shirt and tie he looked unkept. The waitress was nice took out order promptly, brought my dinner salad, the kitchen was still working on the order, it was about 30min after I received my salad(I had ordered chicken and waffles) the rude manager came over and informed us they didn't have the chicken needed to go with the meal and asked if it would be ok to use chicken strips I told him No that I would just rather not have a meal. He was very snotty to our waitress yelling at her to cancel my order. She did come over and apologize and offered me a slice of pie to have with my very old tasting coffee, the kitchen still did to have our order ready. When we were finally served the food was cold. My grandchildren did not like their food (grilled cheese sand and mini sliders) the food was dry and cold and tasted awful when the waitress was told this all she said was "Oh that's too bad." The chicken cordon bleu sand. was also unsatisfactory. So nothing was done in regards to an awful night of food that cost us $26.25 We will NEVER go back to hat Shari's again and will think twice about visiting any Shari's.

The sausage was under cooked. Bacon was over cooked and greasy. Like it had been precooked and left sitting in the grease the pancakes were heavy, the eggs were dry with congealed cheese on top. Everything was cold. Hash browns were greasy and starchy. The fried eggs were so greasy if I had not have his them in the pancakes I would not have been able yo get them down. All in all it was a disgusting experience. Managed to eat one bite of each item and choke down half s pancake each
