It was a comfortable atmosphere. Service was excellent. Food delicious.

We were greeted right away and were seated immediately. Warm welcoming service and friendly sweet server with excellent knowledge of menu. Good food that tasted fresh.

The gals working tonight were great! I was overlooked when trying to get seated, but I addressed it, the server apologized, & was kind and accommodating.

We come back again and again to the Berry Hill Shari's. Even though several servers know us quite well, it is not just us who are greeted warmly and given great service. It is easy to look around and see how well everyone is treated. The "comfort food" is well prepared, the restaurant is kept clean and there are more than enough great smiles to go around.

This is why I don't do these surveys, I don't want to write anything! It's enough to answer the questions.

Very friendly and efficient staff, from the manager who first greeted us to the servers. Our server, Mary was very friendly and did a wonderful job of keeping all our needs met. The biggest thing for me is to keep my water glass filled, because that is all I drink. I asked her for a large glass of water and she was very accommodating as well as keeping it filled. I had my two great-grandchildren with me as well as a friend and we were all very pleased with the service and her sunny disposition. Mary was very patient with the children as well. Great job Mary! You made our luncheon very enjoyable.

Tracy is as always amazing, she’s so personable and prompt in her service. She is the best Shari’s server ever!

Food was hot. Beer was cold

We always are highly satisfied. We loved DebbiC and always enjoy seeing Shannon! The whole team did extremely well considering it was Christmas Day. The place was popping and everyone seemed happy and well satisfied!

Berry Hill Sharis is one of my favorite places to eat. The the place has friendly staff and tasty food.
