Mary, our server was friendly, polite and an overall delight to have as a server. She came back to check on us and saw to our needs. The cook did not get the order correct however. Rather than send the food back and eat at different times, we chose not to eat the incorrect item.

Everything was great, from the table, the food, the waitress, the menu, the promptness, the accuracy, the taste, etc.

It is always a pleasant experience coming to the Berry Hill Sharis. Honestly, we have been to other locations and they do not come up to the Berry Hill standards for cleanliness, great food and absolutely exceptional service. While eating our breakfast Gary, the manager, stopped at our table. We were surprised to see him as this is usually his day off. He smiled and said "you know the manager must be able to cover whenever needed". He laughed and said "the other day I even was washing dishes as they were needed for the crowd at that moment". Such dedication!

We had an issue with the 'fish and chips' order. Although the outside was crispy, the inside layer of breading was soggy. Because my wife was not comfortable eating it that way, the waiter gladly replaced it with a different dish.

I was extremely happy and satisfied with the service I got. My waiter Frank was the friendliest server I have had in a good while. He was fast and accurate and my experience here was amazing. I will for sure be back soon! A++
