I always like Shari's. Tracy my waitress has become a friend and Gary the mgr is terrific.

I was having a bad day until my server Debbi made me smile. She was sweet and courteous and my eggs benediction was cooked perfectly.

The waitress was very nice

Great service from waitress--took order, brought food, checked backed re quality of food and need for more coffee. Refilled water glasses. Very personable! Manager stopped by booth to welcome and tell us to enjoy our meal.

Most visits are exceptional, occasionally understaffed or slow? Today it was expressed they were slammed and not enough help, understaffed for the holiday? I was not less enamoured to eat at Shari's I love to come , and OC one especially. Although slower, the food was good, as most usual, however we tried the infamous hazelnut creme pie, and although good enough, I was somewhat disappointed. No nuts? I expected some on top at least, it tasted more like chocolate creme with a slight different flavor. It was not bad by any means, but we were going for the ooh la la, and were disappointed. Sorry. I thought the 15$$ was a bit high for a glorified chocolate creme pie. You ask, I must be honest. But we do love Shari's and we love pie! And this experience won't stop us from coming back, but I like to share our thoughts and hope it helps you, and ultimately the customers also. Thank you

We are treated as family or valued friends. The 10 year old loves coming with us because she knows that there is special attention paid to her specific requests, namely that she is trying to be a vegetarian, yet she is treated with respect, which doesn't usually happen in her day to day life.
