The server Natalie was so friendly and fast.

The waitress Mary and manager Gary was very friendly. They are the reasons my family and I keep coming back!

I like that they are open 24 7.

Tracy our waitress is great. She was working the whole resturant by herself and was very able to take care of everyone. She did finally have some help show up. She is the best.

We were a party of 4. Two of us ordered soup and sandwich. The soup was cold. Eventually We caught someone's attention, they took the soup and quite promptly returned with it heated. All very pleasant.

Tracy was great helping me order an item not on the menu. Very attentive, very helpful. I would ask for her next time I am in.

Ordered pancake combination which comes with bacon. I do not eat bacon. Waitress suggested substituting fruit for the bacon which I did. She also checked back a couple of times to be sure the food was satisfactory and that we had enough coffee. When she brought the bill, she asked us if we wanted a pie. She provided excellent service.

Our server Debbi was super helpful when we had questions about the menu. She was patient and happy to help.

It was a snow day and the warm atmosphere and service at Shari's was very welcome.
