Tracy was our waitress and very good and efficient.

I was super satisfied with my dine in tonight. As soon as I came in Mitchell greeted me and had me seated. My overall experience was wonderful because he had great customer service (5 star) and made sure I was doing good the whole time! The food was great and I plan on dining in soon, and recommending this Shari's to others.

Mitchell, our waiter, had a smile on his face throughout our dining experience. He was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. It was a very hot day today and he was there promptly to refill our waters time and time again (we were a thirsty bunch).

My friend and I came for a birthday. Neither of us had been to Shari's for over a year because the service has been so slow and the food has not measured up. In fact, my husband and I quit two or three years ago and would periodically try again during that period of time with the same results--slow( I mean extremely slow service. You began to wonder if they remembered you.) and below average meals in flavor, presentation and steaks were TOUGH!. However, this time, WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE. Our server Misty was absolutely wonderful. She took our orders and instead of having to wait forever, she promptly had them back to us. We had asked her several questions about the menu and she was able to answer perfectly. Also, as we kidded with her, she was sweet and smiled and kidded back. We would go back just for her. She is the best server we have ever had there and we are hopeful that things have turned around at the Hill Top Sharis in Oregon City. We would like to think that it once again has begun measuring up to its standards that it had years ago.

Been coming to this Shari's location since I moved here in 2009. Always great and friendly service! Thank you Natalie for being so kind once again!!
