Debbi gave good recommendations for pie

Our server was completely professional and extremely friendly, she was attentively aware of us and made sure we felt comfortable and satisfied!

Tracy is a wonderful server. The manager always stops by our table to make sure everything is satisfactory. Most of the staff is absolutely wonderful. We love the Sharis at Berry Hill!

Everything was perfect. The food, service and timeliness. We were going to the theatre and were able to have a relaxed meal in a timely manner.

Number one of course is you wonderful pies. That being said the server Janice #234251, who has waited on me before, is extremely nice, great sense of humor and very attentive to any needs we may have. Having been a waitress before myself I appreciate someone who is enjoying what they do. Janice is a asset to your company and should be retained for as long as she wants to work for Sharis. Did not liked being timed out before I was finished and had to do over.

Tracy is awesome and deserves a raise. I certainly hope that Shari's does not use these surveys to beet down their employees and make them feel like doo doo like my company does. Tracy's cool. The food was hot (not like a milf, but rather in temperature) and service was great.

Tracy-9 had coffee and water on the table upon our arrival. She told us about a couple of new items on the menu which two of the five attendees ordered. Although the restaurant was busy, she was attentive during the time we were there. She checked back regularly to be sure we had enough coffee, that the food met our expectations, and suggest that we might want a pie. The manager stopped by and greeted us. We will keep coming back!

My waitress Rebekah was excellent.

I liked the manager that waited on us. Very personably. I was here a different night. After being seated, I had to ask 3 times (I kid you not) for someone to wait on me. They were far more into cleaning the restaurant than waiting on the customers. I wondered why Shari's chose to be open 24 hrs., if they weren't going to wait on their customers. But this night was much better, the woman manager, Renee, was attentive and kind.
