Shari's

Great service as always! Tracy greeted us when we arrived. She brought water and coffee to the table as soon as we sat down. A couple of us needed to leave earlier than normal. She took our order, and our food was delivered in time for us to leave for the other event. The manager also stopped by to greet us and thank us for coming to Shari's. Tracy thanked each of us as we left after I paid the bill.

I don't agree with the the pressure that Shari's puts on servers and managers to have so many surveys completed, it's the customers that don't take the time to fill out the survey, so why is the employees at fault. I eat at Shari's several times a week, and this is the first survey that I've filled out for probably 4 months. Like alot of Shari's customers, I just don't want to take the time to do the survey for a free cinnemon roll. The employees have no control over survey results, so get off their back. Todd

As Always the service was great and the waitresses were pleasant. Our Waitress Kasmira is always a joy to have she has an amazing attitude and always makes sure we have everything that we may need.

The menu options were expansive and the taste of the meals was excellent. The caesar salad could have used a little fresher greens but was otherwise perfect and the included grilled flatbread was amazing. The breakfast platter was also excellent.

Rebecca greeted us immediately upon entrance. She was very attentive. She has a great sense of humor. Even the Manager came over to welcome us and stopped to visit awhile. What a fantastic team!

We were needing to catch a flight put of PDX and in a bit of a hurry. No problems because Jody and James made sure we had our food quickly! Nice job on the speedy and great service.

Our server Mitch was a very pleasant addition to our meal. Will come back again to see him.
