As always, when Ryan is our server, we could not ask for better care. He is attentive, always gets the order right, and has a great memory. We always appreciate his good service, and ask for him when we go in.

This Sharis location is consistently clean and provides well prepared food. We have been to other Sharis and have found that they were not up to the standards of the Berry Hill location. We have been to this location so many times that most of the staff know us by name and make us feel extremely welcome. It is always a good experience to eat at Berry Hill.

I usually go to Shari's every Monday morning. I'm always greeted with a smile and the staff are always attentive and professional. I actually know my waitress's name ( Tracy). She is a great waitress, she knows the menu by heart and where I prefer to sit. She's a hard worker and you can tell she loves her job. You couldn't have picked a better employee!!

I was highly satisfied because I felt like the people there were actually joyful to be working. And the server (Carissa) was super great. Her sense of humor was grand and her ability to take an accurate order and great customer service made the meal straight A's!

Debbi was very helpful with her menu knowledge in helping us order just what we wanted
