Shari's

This is a busy restaurant but they always acknowledge you when you come in. They seat you as soon as possible. Our server, Mary, was friendly and very helpful. There is another server there I think her name is Traci. Both are outstanding employees. They are courteous and bend over backward to make sure you are happy. My husband is handicapped and they are very patient with his slow walking etc. I did speak to the manager about these two wonderful ladies and they should get an "Atta boy" written up in their personnel file. Great job!!!

Janice was our server, very friendly lady. Food was cooked just right. no complaints at all, we will be back for sure.

Shannon provide excellent customer service. She was very helpful in food selection and gave prompt service.

They had the food I wanted at a reasonable price. The server was very gracious and kept our coffee cups filled.

Tracy was fast.and efficient. Seven minutes on the trio. Fantastic!!!

Our server was excellent and very friendly. Even though the restaurant was busy she was positive and took the time to talk to us and make sure we were satisfied. Her attitude gave the restaurant a good feeling, like being with family at home.

Shannon is the absolute best person ever. She's so sweet and cool and got our orders completely accurate and very much exceeded my expectations. She was there whenever we needed her. SHE ROCKS. She made me my pie shake absolutely amazingly. 100000/5 stars. Highly love Shannon!

In the past 4 years that we have been going to Shari's in the Berry Hill shopping center, we have been more than happy with our server Tracy R. She always has a smile on her face, laughter in her heart, and knows how to make us feel at home. Tracy is the main reason we go to Shari's.
