Great customer service, good food good price

Andrea was very knowledgable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. She also had a great attitude.

Our group of three or four go to Shari's for Breakfast almost every week. Tracy or Andy always welcome us. Tracy brings our coffee and water sometimes ever before we are completely seated. She normally returns within five to seven minutes to take our order. We each have a favorite on the breakfast menu, but she often suggests we try something different or a variation in our favorite. She checks back shortly have delivering our food regarding the correctness of the order and our need for coffee. Andy, the manager, normally stops by the table sometime during our meal to greet and thank us. From my observation, Tracy treats all of her customers with the same friendliness and attention to their satisfaction with the food received. Although my most regular meal at Shari's is breakfast, I do go this location for lunch periodically. My guest(s) and I normally get the same excellent service from whoever is the server.

I always ask for Debbi because she is awesome even though she is very busy.

The food is always good and we had the best server

Our server Tessa (employee #351300) was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. But what impressed me most was watching her respond to the table next to us which had an extremely rude, arrogant, complaining man mistreating her. He was not a customer who could be satisfied and that was clear. Tessa, who was working Christmas so Sharis customers could enjoy a nice meal, stayed calm and even after he spoke nasty to her she still remained attentive & polite. Tessa was the very employee that makes a business thrive and Sharis is LUCKY to have her as an employee. Keep up the good work Tessa and keep on smiling and breathing your way through the day even when the grumps come in.

My wife had the Prime Rib and it was wonderful. I had the breakfast sampler and Wow it as prepared perfectly. Server was very friendly and attentive to our table. A great employee. Thank you!!

The atmosphere was warm and friendly. Food good. Service excellent.
