A lot of the staff isn't that friendly and pretty much act like we are a nuisance. The food is hit and miss. Sometimes it seems like the cooks are great or just don't care. Numerous times our orders have been wrong (things forgotten) I was all excited to try the trail burger for the first time and it looked great and when I tried to 'organize' it so I could eat it the lettuce was disgusting and there were only two slices of onion. Stuff like that, virtually every time.

We were seated next to the isle for the kitchen and would have rather been seated at a window.

My wife ordered a well done burger. It was still pink. It took 20 minutes for anyone to come by after our meal was over. Our second waitress, Shannon, apologized and made sure the cherry pie was heated. She must have mentioned the hand off to the manager, Sarah. Sarah came over and sat down and apologized. She didn't say she was the manager on duty, but I assumed since she was wearing a sweater. She gave us a $10.00 gift certificate which we really appreciated. She apologized for the botched hand off. Later, playing lottery, we overheard a couple complaining about their steak and we saw Sarah talking it over with them, also. a rough night, I suppose. We thank Sarah and Shannon for addressing the issue promptly and professionally . We have seen service slip since Joanie left the Berry Hill restaurant.

Love your menu and would eat there much more often if you would cut back on the sodium by 1/3 at least . Many seniors have to watch the salt I think you'd have many more customers if you could fix that problem. Happy holidays!

I had ordered four meals three adult meals and one kids. I ordered a pie-o-neers platter for my daughter, the chicken was undercooked, also the herb rusted fries with one meal was too seasoned. I've never had problems at any Shari's and will continue to return for delishious food later. I thought this needed to be brought up. The staff was friendly and facilities were clean which is very nice.

We were told that we would receive 2 free meals after a previous to go order was done badly wrong. So when are waiter came to the table we saud we were there for our make up free meals..took 15 minutes for thme to talk it over and for the management to find our name and then we were told we could only order the same meal that they had messed up on. We were in the mood for something different. We asked if we could just get something else, for the same price..THEY SAID NO! ONLY THE EXACT SAME MEAL. ..so we just ordered what we wanted..and they said come back again another time to be reimbursed. ..mistake...rude..but we had no choice but to either get mad and argue..or give in ..not good customer relation.
