Floor needed to be swept badly, food and utensils all over.

Unfortunately, the place was busy and it took more than 20 minutes to get our food. One person was served soup while the rest of the order for two others was not served--nor the rest of the order with the soup--long after the soup was eaten. The original server was so busy she did not take our order and someone else came to take the order. Really disappointed since ordinarily the service is great. Maybe short staffed?

We were satisfied. I do not mark highly satisfied unless something is beyond satisfactory, That does not mean it was not okay.

In order for me to be Highly Satisfied with anything it has to be near perfect, and most things in life aren't.

Slow service from the waitress. Also waited and waited for bill and never did get it. Had to go to check-out to get it.

The food was luke warm when it came to our table. My waiter was excellent and apologized and offered to cook my meal again. I declined and he microwaved it instead.
