Shari's

This dissatisfaction was NOT with our server. I ordered a Strawberry Rhubarb pie to go. The box said Strawberry Rhubarb. Later in the day, after dinner, we decided to cut into the pie. It was Peach. The pie plate even has a P on it. I called the restaurant and was told I could bring it in and exchange it. I told them I live in a different town and not just down the street. I live 30-40 minutes away. They took my name and said that next time I come in I could get a free Strawberry Rhubarb pie. Surely, there is a better way to handle this. I have yet to make it back to Oregon City so I don't know if I'll be able to get the pie or not..

This location needs updated badly. The ladies restroom was dirty and in one stall the lock was held on with only one screw. It appeared that the baby changer was broken too. Terrible!!!

Highly satisfied is for above and beyond exceptional. It was good

Looked and looked at the menu, so disappointed. Nothing was like I remembered. Waitress, apologized, said they didn't carry different things...I kept asking..no no no. Finally was settling on something after 15 min. When a waitress noticed they gave me a breakfast menu. I hadn't been in a Shari's for many years, just thought you took out all the things I liked. Ordered, made sure I got romaine on my sandwich, explaining I did not eat any of the "spring" mix lettuces. My salad came with my sandwich and a whole bowl of the "spring mix" She asked if I wanted to take it home, I reminded her we had just discussed me not eating that type of "greens" (sandwich reminder) she took it away. That was it. Got my pie to go and added a cinnamon roll to go. My Pie was upside down when I got home and opened the bag. Kinda loses its appeal, smashed. The cinnamon roll??? They sure aren't like they used to be. Not enough cinnamon to taste and the dough was tough. My first visit to a Shar's in many years and what a disapointment...the cranberry chicken salad sandwich was as good as I remember! Wish I had ordered a whole.

Cannot specify - it's great but not perfect

I THINK WE WERE FORGOTTEN BECAUSE OF BREAK TIME, OUR FOOD CAME LATER THEN PEOPLE THAT CAM IN AFTER US. WHEN WE RECEIVED THE FOOD IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD SET UNDER LIGHTS FOR A BIT.

When I go to pay they never remember to ask me if I have a Shari's card. Not ever

waitress could not process coupon we had, had to get manager and had to wait a while for him to come

The wait to be served was longer than anticipated. It has not been thus at the many other Sharis' that I have dined.

The graveyard shift could sometimes use two waitresses.
