temp of soup was hardly warm and waitress was hardly attentive to us and they weren't even busy. We had to ask for our bill.

The wait between being seated and taking our order was a bit long. The avacado was missing from my salad but when brought to the servers attention was immediately remedied

The timeliness of placing our order varies--often have to flag the server to get attention. The servers are great--maybe not enough help on shift?

Cost compared to what is received

All in all everything was great! The only thing was that it took a very long time before someone came over to take our orders, and since there were 5 of us it made the overall stay much longer than I had anticipated.

Our server Shannon was very good and was always making sure we were happy with everything. She deserves an A+ for her service..

The grill was being cleaned ): But Inez was amazing and helped me figure out what I could order (sign on door only offers cold sandwiches and soup) so I had toast and the jelly was so good I ordered more :) But seriously my waitress was great and after the horrible day I had she managed to make me feel better just being genuinely kind....its rare

Attitudes and / or gossiping amongst servers a majority of the time of my dining visit? ?

this my second visit here in the evening. most of the staff do not seem highly motivated to provide good service
