Gravy barely warm, entree warm but not hot

The booths are very uncomfortable; the seats are too close to the table and too low. I know this is done so customers will not linger so the table can be opened up as soon as possible.

Not anyone's fault, but I chose an omelet and stuffed hash browns. There were green onions on top - yuk - and the 'stuffed' was almost not existent. If I have to pay extra, they should be stuffed with a reasonable amount of 'stuffing' 😱😱. To be clear, there was a reasonable amount of hash browns, but almost no sour cream or cheddar cheese. Thanks.

staff was slow in bringing drink refills.

Not very friendly service.

My boyfriend ordered the salmon omelet. Half way through eating it, he found a fairly large piece of plastic in his omlete. He brought it up to our server and all he did was comp our coffee and ice tea.

The roastbeef sandwich was awful the definition of bland. The price for what I paid for should be considered robbery. You should be embarrassed to have this item on your menu. I eat regularly at Shari's and the food is always good. This was BAD!!!!! The server and service was excellent, not the people the product.

The food is served on the down side of hot.

My food was barely warm and we had to wait another 10 minutes for my husbands food as something went wrong with the order. The biscuits were dry and one was soggy on the bottom even though it was on it's own plate. I had ordered a side of stuffed hash browns, it was a really small portion compared to what I have got in the past. all that aside. I think I remember Tracy saying they had a new cook.

We ordered an honored citizens breakfast. The bacon omelette had next to no bacon and the sausage omelette contained next to no sausage. All in all, it seemed that the breakfast was not filling. We'll go to Denny's net time for breakfast where we feel we get more for our money.
