I ordered Eggs benedict. i have had this before and it was good. The sauce this time did not look normal and the taste was overly tart, not sure if it was old/bad. I have NEVER sent back food before, but had to do so. I asked them to skip the sauce and just bring the same with the english muffin on the side. I got the meal with the english muffin under the ham/egg, which made it soggy and the meal was on the cold side. Too embarrassed to ask for any replacement. The waitress said someone else recently said the sauce was not tasting right. Makes me think they need to look at the sauce, there seems to be a problem.

Steak over cooked , hard

The server was not familiar with the menu and when I asked what was on the 2 for $25 she could not locate the list which took quite a while. I decided to order the honored citizen pot roast and she said it came with a salad. When I got the check I was charged extra for the salad and when I questioned that she checked with the manager and said it was her fault that it did not come with a salad and that he would comp it, but I was still charged for it when she brought my credit card receipt.

Disorganized they had to be short handed. Food was cool and cold on both my wife's food and mine. My wife complained that the sandwich was not made with Texas toast

I specifically ordered my eggs Benedict to be cooked medium...because I don’t like really runny poached egg on the muffin. Waitress dropped it off and left very promptly. When I looked at it I could tell the whites were not even set to my satisfaction and the yolks were still cold when I tasted it. Waitress was not close by so put hash browns on it so,I couldn’t see the rawness and ate it. She came back when I was 3/4 done and asked if things were okay. I told her my issue, she said could they cook another one I said no, but wanted the cook to know that it was not even properly cooked, and not close to,my order. She said she told him medium and that she would tell him. I thanked her because he needed to know. She came later and asked ,if,she could give me a free piece of pie for my disappointment. I appreciated that. And told her not necessary but very nice. I took it. Last two visits we had disappointments. Will go back because I know they can do better. Thanks, Kae

The pies was frozen. If she had told me it was frozen I would of picked something else since we were serving it within the hour.

Restaurant was grossly understaffed. Was busy but far from full. While our server worked as fast and as efficiently as possible, she had way too many tables to service. Since it took nearly 45 minutes to get our food after we got an order in, I'm guessing the kitchen was also way understaffed as well. Again, not our waitress's fault, but the service our party of four received today was terrible.

My salad had GROSS brown lettuce, that I had to pick out. NOT VERY APPETIZING!! Made people wait to be seated when there were empty tables. Your cinnamon rolls are terrible...DRY! Not cinnabon's for sure!!!

!. I am diabetic, and on Coumidn. Not supposed to eat broccoli. That is vege with turkey dinner. Wife had SR Roast beef; Vege carrots, pearl onions, celery. But I can't have same as it's only for Roast Beef dinner! I eat what I need to eat, not what others decide for me. Is there no accomodations for customers? I was missing the veges,given fruit and charged $1.00 extra. ????????????? A Shari's customer for 20+ years, all over OR, WA, etc. gch809@comcast.net

Food was cold. Usually French toast is cooked on French toast bread , this time it was on regular sandwich bread. Coffee seemed to be from the bottom of the pot., strong and bitter.
