i ordered nachos and was told it didnt qualify for free pie so had to change order. then we were going to buy whole apple pie but they wouldnt sell us a nsa apple for 8.99 so we canceled order

Server's clothes could be worn more neatly. There could be better communication in between the server and the manager when the problem occurred. One of the two pancakes were not even cooked inside at all when l cut in and after the manager (we were talking to him about Shari's app with him since server did not have any knowledge of it:) took the undercooked pancake to get cooked, the server did not know what happened and the server at the next table finally brought it over for us.

In general qe have used Shari's Cafe for over ten years & have had good food. This was our first time to not get what we expected in the way of a hamburger. On April 4, we had a really nice meal. On April 5 we got this supposedly hamburger-mushroom sandwich that really tasted more like a hamburger-egg sandwich. Being in our 80's we don't eat out that much.

We were greeted and taken to a booth right away, given menus and asked if we wanted something to drink. We were served our drinks promptly. Two other tables were seated while we were waiting for our order to be taken, their orders were taken, and one table was served their food before our order was ever taken. No one came to see if our food was okay, and I was suppose to get toast with my order, which I never received. We didn't see the server again until she brought the bill. The food was very good, but the service was very disappointing. We have been to other Sharis before and the service has always been great. We will not be going to this particular Sharis in the future.

The whipped topping on my waffle was non-dairy and in past it has always been real whipped cream. I didn't know this. If I had I could have ordered something else. My husband had what was called a prime rib Stroganoff. The cuts of meat in it were not prime rib. My husband gave me a bite of it and what I got was a big piece of fat. The server was very nice and did the best she could

We ordered 2 Patty Melts for lunch. The food was very dry, no kind of dressing at all, and not tasty for the $10 each we paid for the sandwich. The server was not very friendly either and did not ask if we wanted another drink during our meal.

It took way too long to receive our food, as evidenced by it's temperature. The bacon was barely warm, the watery eggs were a mix of lukewarm and, the cheese on top was not melted. The gravy on my flat biscuit (which was not heated up) was grayish brown, I could see and taste that the flour did not properly get mixed in and dissolved. The hash-browns were the only thing that appeared correct, but they too were not properly prepared. There was a nice brown crisp as expected, that hid potatoes that were not cooked completely. It seemed as though I had been served a plate of leftovers, or from a buffet. When I pay the same amount at a buffet for equivalent (or sometimes better) quality, at least I can eat all I want. My son and I were only 1 of 3 tables at the time, and the other 2 had already been served when we ordered. Not only did it take too long to receive the food, the next time the waitress returned to the table, it was to drop off the check and clear our plates. When it comes to eating out for breakfast, I typically clear my plate, and help my family clean theirs. This visit I left eggs, hash browns, and biscuit/gravy and went home feeling disappointed and hungry.

The host that seated us was prompt and kind. That was the end of good service at this sharis. Our food not only took forever to get to us but was cold when we received it. I could hear the ladies behind the counter talking about how stressed out they were and it made the experience uncomfortable to say the least.

The waitress, Jennifer, did not try many items on the menu when i asked for suggestions. She said the prices were too high. Upon checkout, Shannon, did not pay attention to customers at checkout. One register was not working and directed customers to go to another register waiting a while to check out. Terrible customer service. There were 3 customers waiting in line to check out.
