Shari's

The nachos were room temperature, looked and taste like it was microwaved. Chicken strip dinner: the mash potatoes were pastie, gravy looked like breakfast gravy and terrible. veggies were not fresh, my guess frozen veggies. Chicken strips were dry and over cooked. The menu we had said the Chicken dinner was $10.99 but the receipt and other menus said $11.29. Not one person asked how everything was.

We got a 2-Go order, the cup was half full. Mine was all crust and the other was super liquidy!

It took us an hour and a half before we got our food. There was only a few tables in the restaurant at 9:15pm. When we got our food, the fish was disgusting! It was burnt and full of oil, I could not eat it. The grilled cheese sandwich was cold and limp. We all got our food at different times. There was no excuse for our bad experience. It had been a long day for us and all we wanted was a quick meal so we could go home. Many of us had to be up at 5 am and we didn't get out of there until almost 11pm!

The waitress we had tonight was so rude and had an attitude problem

I ordered a cheese burger when I received it the burger was burnt black so since I didn't get ketchup I finally got the waitress to bring some so I tried to put ketchup on it to help hide the burnt taste I took three bites an couldn't eat it. I showed the waitress an she said oh you don't have to pay for that. I ate the forts an the tea So I figured that's all I would have to pay for. However I was only compted 5.00. The burger was awful the other people I was with their three year olds pancakes were black as well. There was other problems with the order as well. I won't be back

Our server Natalie, forgot about us several times. Our food was not how it should have been prepared, the Parmesan tater tots were just tater tots with Parmesan sprinkled on top that was not even melted. The pie shakes we ordered we're the most disrespectful shakes that I've ever had, you have officially killed the sheries name for me forever.

Our waitress was just plain rude and very impatient. We asked about the milkshake flavors and she said "they are listed on that menu" and pointed to the dessert menu. The All American Panini was terrible. I have this sandwich at least twice a month and this time was terrible. There was no ham or bacon on the sandwich, and the turkey was full of gristle. The sandwich consisted of turkey, cheese, and one slice of tomato (for the entire sandwich). My husband's soup was awful, and his grilled cheese sandwich was worse. None of the food was hot. The booth was situated in a very noisy corner of the restaurant, which made it difficult to hear one another talk. We left a decent tip for the waitress just because that is our nature. From now on we will go to the Shari's on McLoughlin Blvd., which is too bad since this particular Shari's is very close to home. We have not had very many pleasant visits to this Shari's, but we always gave it the benefit of the doubt. The convenience of the location made us keep going back.

Food was soggy and cold, did not receive condiments, waitress went on break instead of giving us our check so we had to go up to register to receive the check, waitress was rude when we tried to talk or make conversation, rude to my boyfriend who is handicapped and who is suffering from post injury depression and this was his first time out in a long time with his cane and does not want to leave the house now. We are extremely offended by this visit and hope there will be appropriate consequences.

First, I asked the server about a specific menu item and she was unfamiliar with it. She informed me it was newer, and it was often ordered but no feedback on whether or not it was good. Second, we ordered a T-bone steak cooked to medium-well (specifying no pink).... it came bloody, we sent it back and it and when it was returned it was still pink and red inside. We sent it back once more and it came back charred on the outside but okay on the inside. Third, the bbq nacho's were gross... the chips were stale, there was barely any cheese and the nacho as a whole was almost luke warm. Finally, when I received the bill I was shocked to find I was being charged for the steak I sent back twice. The bill total was $28 and some change. I handed the server $30 in cash as I walked out the door. With no additional tip. I will not be returning to Shari's restaurant.

I ordered the Stroganoff which was a special or limited time. I was made with the prime rib leftovers I believe. It was horrible. the taste was off, it did not have the sour cream on top as the pictures shows and the most important part was that it had large pieces of fat. It had cubed fat that even had no meat on it at all. There were at least five of those pieces that I found and put aside before I got the waitresses attention and sent it back. There is absolutely no reason to put entire cubes of fat only in ANYTHING. You understand when you get a little fat but I am telling you there were cubes of nothing but fat. larger than 1/2 x 1/2 inch cubes. disgusting! I asked for a chopped salad instead. It was wonderful. I come several times per month. This was pure negligence or laziness of just horrible cooking!
