Door came cold, steak n eggs were made wrong n cold..Ladies v accumed right by us n under our tablec while we're tryn eat.

I ordered fish and shrimp to go. Only got fish in both orders and no salad. When I went back in I explained and told her I did not want the same fries because I did not want them cold. I watched and got the same 2 orders with shrimp added. She once again forgot the salad. I had to wait longer. Then when I got salad one dressing was incorrect. I had to wait longer. The food by then was cold. I understand they were busy but did not do all she could to make our visit nice. I go there all the time. I'm not sure if I will go back.

Waited half hour to be seated. Waited over an hour for our food. The wrong salad dressing was given, the wrong soup was given. The cheese sticks had no cheese in them, but waitress gave us another order. One person food was barely warm. One person steak was not cooked how it was ordered. The cinnamon roll was dry as dust. Never will I personally go to that restaurant again.

We have eaten at sheris for 25 years. We love it, but it is so MADDENING when I want a certain soup that's on the menu, but it is NEVER served on the day when we are able to get to the restaurant. It always ruins the experience because it's like a slap in the face !! Please STOP limiting us to just one kind of soup on a particular day. Surely it's not a hardship for you to offer 3 different soups for each day. And not everyone likes potato soup.

Lots of problems - first we order a the bbq sauce on the side it came with it on it ,then two burgers without tomatoes and they were on them then one sandwich with the mustard stuff on the side I had to ask for a side of it couse it didn't come out I understand that places get busy but it seamed like there were a lot of unhappy customers and we had to keep asking for more water We love going there but this time it was bad.

I have gone to this Sharis for years. If Tracy or Rebecca are doing the serving all is great. We have had other servers in the mornings who have been really good, however, this server was just plain lazy. We had to ask for more coffee when we could see her. She wasn't that busy. It becomes a pain when you have to wave your arms to get service. A big hamberger was ordered and she dropped it off and disappeared. We had to ask for extra napkins. Then told me she would get in trouble if a jam pot went out the door. I have returned several on my own. When she brought the take out box, she could have included the plastic jam pot and I would have been happy to transfer to a take out one.

I had ordered soup that was cold got a waitress that was not my waitress and said that my soup was cold and she had let my waitress know so she had told the manager and they did not come over and say anything to me besides that they took my soup off my bill. I would have liked the manager to come over and say something but he did not.

Horrible food. Our English muffin had mold growing on it.
