we like the customer service and the value of the menue

Laurie was excellent - very friendly and fun. Her positive attitude was a great way to start my day.

our server was 400119. . .Jordan H. He was on the morning shift instead of his reg. one in the evening. We are reg. customers and get the same thing every day. It was difficult getting things right, but he was great and we worked with him to get things right. Thanks for great staff that work with their customers. He couldn't of been nicer.

Laurie is a superstar! The primary reason we go here is because of her service and friendly attitude!

Ami was our server, and she was awesome. She had a great personality, and she went above and beyond by putting in an order for waffles with no gravy after someone in our party was unhappy that there was gravy on her waffles. She didn't realize the menu stated there would be gravy on them. Anyway, Ami was great. The only thing I wish she'd done was check back more often for drink refills. Otherwise, everyone was super friendly and helpful!

Good food. Fantastic service. I would like to say that I do believe that it is pretty cheap of Shari's Restaurant to have take my time to take your survey and require me to spend $10.00 to receive one of you four items listed.

Waiters were friendly and came to the table after just a short wait.' We did wait quite a while for our food. The food was hot and good so maybe we just hit a busy time.

My server, Ami, stepped in very quickly as the server whose section in which I was seated was quit busy; and Ami was apparently free at that moment. She was very cheerful and pleasant, making me feel relaxed and more in the mood for an enjoyable meal. Ami promptly took my order, after a few recommendation questions. She also introduced me to an interesting, and tasty, garnish for my Clam Chowder; fried onion bits. New to me, but very tasty. Throughout my meal Ami appeared to keep an eye on me and was quick and ready to take care of my needs.

Great service

Actually haven't been to a Shari's in years. Stopped by coincidence tonight. I had a very flavorful meal, with wonderful service, and just the right portion. I selected from the honored citizens menu, and was totally delighted with all aspects of my dining experience. I especially enjoyed my Marion-berry pie! I did kind of hesitate in ordering, but my server was very accommodating in regard to my personal delays.
