I enjoy going out to eat on a regular basis. Yes you do find helpful employees but your employee went above and beyond. I can barely finish a cup of coffee before she was ready to make sure I had a refill. Not only was she polite and professional but she was just downright friendly. There is a different location closer to my home but I will be definitely visiting this particular location on McLaughlin next to 2:05 because of the service that I received. Thank you Whitney.

The food was good. The price was decent. The Stuffed hash browns were the best

Heather listened to our questions about menu items, was knowledgable and succinctly answered our questions. She listened to an option that I suggested, and arranged to prepare the sandwich as I asked. She also served as our cashier when we left, and helped explain options available as a Sharis Club member. And she smiled the whole time.

Shari's is a great cafe to go to for a simple night out. It's not too expensive, the food is delicious, and the staff are almost always very friendly. We love going there as a special treat every now and then. :)
