good food, service

I ordered lunch for a pick up and today is the day before Christmas eve and it is very busy everywhere. My food was ready at the time they said it would be, and the service was excellent! I could tell everyone was very busy and the staff was still friendly and happy!

We had a very friendly server at this Shari's.

Our server was very friendly. He remembered to bring us a refill of water with no ice. He was knowledgeable about the menu. The waiter was friendly and engaging and brought our food to the table correctly. The food was warm and tasted good. The steamed vegetables did not have tons of oil on them which is good. The waiter brought us two pictures of water and did not need to be reminded that we didn't want ice. He brought us two pictures without us needing to ask him for more water.

The food was of good quality and well prepared. However, the most outstanding characteristic of the visit was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were very friendly and out-going, cheerful and always ready to take care of your slightest wish. They were truly exceptional!

Our server, JT was awesome! He paid attention to us and came to refill out drinks before I had time to get thirsty. He gave us speedy service but still managed to converse with us. Way to go, man!

My family and I come in a couple times a month and will continue to thanks to Rachell and the rest of the staff. We always enjoy our meal and the service we get! Keep it up!

The staff were very busy,but they did a fablous job for all the customers@ Thanksgiving. The feeling of being with family was present
