Highly satisfied with Tiana she knew the menu well, a little dissatisfied with the time it took to pay, You had an emergency with the paramedics there but the woman running the cashier was looking and talking to someone not involved with emergency and I waited and Waited until Tiana could get a minute to check me out. The cashier was in a non uniform dress.

Egg ordered over medium but yolk was really runny. Stuffed hash browns, just a little bit of cream cheese in the middle, not throughout.

Food took almost half and hour to arrive

Our server, Austin was awesome. He really knows what customer service is all about. He seemed pretty frustrated with the other team members lack of work ethic/pace and we noticed that they didn't have his attention to detail as well. We had just picked up my sister-in-law from her flight out of Dallas, Texas and we were all pretty hungry late at night. I was hungry as heck so I dug in...not the best but hey, I was hungry. My wife and her sister however each had one or two bites of their meal when they noticed dried food on the underside of their plates and grungy dinnerware...not just a little dried food...a lot. Needless to say they did not eat another bite. My son was the same. We typically eat 1-2 times a month at the Beavercreek Rd location...we won't be going back to the OC location.

All's good, except it all-ways takes too long to get seated and to get the order placed. Friendly folks, tho....

Our server JT was amazing and your manager in duty laste night was great.. you have an amazing team and we enjoy coming all the time

We were satisfied. The food was good and nicely prepared.

Laurie was amazing...I would return just to have her wait on my family.

I just thought being satisfied was good enough !!
