Apparently, there was only one server on the floor when we entered. It took about 15 minutes before being able to order. In the meantime, we overheard a dirty blond young male (a cook, I believe) ask a table 3 separate times what kind of pie slice they'd like. The last time he verified the flavor, the table were shocked at the price and stated they wanted a slice which he took with an attitude. We didn't like him when we heard him asking to verify the pie flavor the third time and really disliked his attitude. We did not get our chicken noodle soup that came with the Double R Ranch Country Fried Steak until we mentioned it. The endless pancakes were slow to come due to no one assisting Tiffany with the floor. And all of our utensils had stains on them. You guys need to get a manager on the floor and kitchen. We could hear over the wall easily. The dirty blond cook asked if me and my partner were sharing the endless pancakes, even though we waited forever to receive them AND I had my own entree. Orders were going out incomplete. Orders were occasionally given to the wrong table. Customers with to-go orders or "Uber" orders had to wait about 10-20 minutes from what we heard and saw.

my steak had a hair on it. My meal was sent back and finally came back to me after the others in my party had finished their dinners. My dinner was free, but I ate it while the others sat waiting.

Shari's what Shari's is. It's not high end. I was satisfied that it was exactly as I expected it would be, and that it has always been.

There were hardly any patrons, yet service was slow.

The caliber of the people that come into the restaurant and you actually let the homeless bums stay and it is gross. pretty sickening at times, they just walk in off the street. yuck!

1) Personnel were busy talking to each other - Hard to get their attention! 2) The Trio Sampler was a JOKE - MOSTLY COLD TATOR TOTS (w/2 small cold onion rings & 1 cold cheese stick) -ARE YOU SERIOUS? 3) The BRUSCHETTA lacked vegetables & substance -was cold & tasteless! NEVER AGAIN!!!

They didn’T have the soup. So I had a salad with my hamburger. The salad would be easier to eat ina bowl not on the plate with the hamburger.

being highly satisfied means it was perfect, it was not

Good experience one of the better locations but steak is over cooked

the spread they put on the sandwich was awful. to place our order took a while. they did not offer to replace the sandwich after notified of the spread.
