Nothing outstanding, just satisfied overall - I was not unsatisfied

you have a senior menu but not shown to you, when you are seated. also you do not have a Military discount.

The marion berry pie was not as fresh as usual

Once seated, it took a little while to get our order placed.

The biggest reason We were dissatisfied was the food was not hot. I have to say however it was Thanksgiving day and it was very busy, so we totally understood the problem of serving a large volume of people. We eat at Sharis frequently and we normally always have a good meal at a reasonable price.

Very sweet waitress, and she really tried to accommodate us, but she was spread too thin when we were there. From what we could see, where we were seated, there weren't enough wait staff.

It took quite a while to be greeted, as staff seemed over worked

i got the salmon ceasar salad and between the heat from the salmon and the dressing the letttuce was soggy I should have asked for the dressing on the side

Food only warm

We went to this sharis to get a hot turkey sandwich. Above the section where this meal is displayed it says choose one : salad or soup and a few other items that i can't remember . I should have taken a picture of the menu.So we as many many other times ordered a salad and when we went to pay she charged us for the salad. She said our salad would have been in place of the mashed potatoes but since we choose both we were to pay for the salad. It simply reads that one of the above you choose from to go with your meal. We have ordered this many times. So in reality we would be paying $9.99 for bread and turkey. They said the mashed potatoes,gravy,cranberry sauce we were to get but instead of salad. So since we ordered salad which was one of the choices we had to pay for that. THis makes no sense. Please help us understand this issue because if that's the case we will never be ordering it again.The menu clearly states that roasted turkey,bread,gravy.cranberry sauce,mashed potatoes and gravy comes with this meal and you can choose another added item to that list above.
